We pride ourselves on the philosophy of traditional Italian cooking by using the freshest herbs and vegetables available to us from our own allotment plot at Pilots Meadow according to the season. Fresh quality English meat from a high class local butcher and fresh seafood delivered daily from a local fish market.The result is excellent Italian food at it's very best with no additives, very low in cholesterol and hardly any animal fat. Just like in Italy we use the very best cold pressed extra virgin Olive Oil .
We also have a very extensive selection of Italian wines ranging from an outstanding house white wine "Trebbiano Abruzzese " right up to a classical "Gaja Serralunga d'Alba".
